Rehna Kalam

Dr. Rehna Kalam has had a long and successful career in the field of education and research. In 2005, they began their career as a Lecturer at the Muslim Association College of Engineering in Venjaramoodu, Thiruvananthapuram. In 2019, they moved to The Bloomington Academy as a Secondary ICT Teacher. In 2021, they joined Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) | Thiruvananthapuram | Kerala as an Assistant Professor. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Research and Development and AI/ML Engineer at Prognica Labs.

Dr. Rehna Kalam's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala (2015-2021), a Certified Specialist in Data Science and Analytics from the ICT Academy of Kerala, India (2021-2022), a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from ANNA UNIVERSITY - India (2009-2011), and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Kerala, India (2001-2005). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including the University Grants Commission (ugc) (NTA- NET Assistant professor fellowship, 2021), LinkedIn (Statistics Foundations: 2, Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals, Statistics Foundations: 3, Statistics Foundations: The Basics, Tableau Essential Training (2020.1), Learning Minitab (2016), 2021), and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (GATE, 2015).
