Sean Balchin

Sean Balchin is an experienced Operations Manager currently overseeing the delivery of Makesafe services to 1,900 Victorian Public Schools at Programmed since May 2018. Previously held roles include Project Manager for school building upgrades and Facility Manager for Melbourne Airport terminals, where management of maintenance teams was key. Sean has also served as Facility Manager for Scentre Group, Soft Services Manager at Plenary Group, and Critical Assets/Terminal Manager while contributing to maintenance operations at Melbourne Airport. Sean's career began as Managing Director of Creative Thoughts, a successful cabinetmaking firm. Sean holds a Diploma in Facility Management and a Diploma in Business Management.
