Curtis Dougal

Curtis Dougal has extensive experience in project management within the rail industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Curtis held the same position at Idaho Steel from March 2021 to August 2022 and returned to Progress Rail for a previous stint from October 2016 to March 2021, where significant contributions included managing government projects with revenues of $35-40 million and enhancing profitability on a commuter locomotive project.
