Douglas Vroman

Douglas Vroman has extensive work experience in the transportation and manufacturing industries. Douglas currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar company since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at GE Transportation, a WABTEC Company, from 2018 to 2020, where they held the role of Global Supplier Development & Performance Leader. Douglas also had a long tenure at GE Transportation from 2005 to 2020, where they held various roles including Disruptive Technology Manager / Service Manager, Plant Manager / Value Stream Leader, and Global Supplier Quality Manager.

Douglas Vroman completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University at an unspecified time. Douglas later pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Master's Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech between 1992 and 1994.
