Geoffrey Wilhelmy

Geoffrey Wilhelmy serves as Corporate Counsel at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company since November 2021. Previously, Geoffrey was Principal of Contracts at L3Harris Commercial Aviation from December 2018 to November 2021, managing a substantial portfolio of subcontracts and negotiating agreements with major aviation clients. As Senior Commercial Counsel and Manager at Elevate Services from January 2014 to December 2018, Geoffrey negotiated complex IT procurement contracts and provided legal advice to Fortune 500 clients. Earlier experience includes roles as an Attorney at Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen, and as a Contracts Specialist at Sikorsky, negotiating aerospace agreements. Geoffrey's legal career also includes positions at Chubb as an Attorney Auditor and at Harper Christian Dichter & Graif as an Associate Attorney. Geoffrey holds a Law degree from Creighton University School of Law and a Finance degree from the University of Arizona.
