Russell Kubycheck possesses extensive experience in system engineering and product compliance, currently serving as Manager of Product Compliance at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company since April 2011. Russell's expertise encompasses system design, reliability, functional safety, requirement management, and verification and validation planning. Prior roles include System Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand, where Russell contributed to the Airbus A350XWB Electric Generation Power System, and Engineering Specialist, System Architect at Baxter HealthCare, focusing on safety-critical infusion pumps and DMAIC methodology training. Additionally, Russell has managed system engineering and automated test equipment groups at MPC Products, Inc., and provided consultative support for real-time embedded systems at Motorola, Inc.
