William Hawkins

William Hawkins is the Company Owner at Consult-a-Motive LLC since March 2019. With a background in locomotive design, manufacture, remanufacture, and maintenance, William also serves as the Engineering Manager at Progress Rail Services. Prior to that, William held the position of VP Engineering and Quality Assurance at National Railway Equipment Co. and Superintendent of Locomotive Shops at Kansas City Southern Railway.
