Rama Baaj is currently the Director of Customer Advocacy at Progress Residential. Rama has over 10 years of experience in customer service and management. Prior to joining Progress Residential, Rama worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Total Care Services, Inc. Rama has also worked as a Metrics Manager, Metrics Analyst, and Director of Residential Services. Rama has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Rama Baaj has a Bachelor's in Psychology from American University of Beirut and a Master's in General Psychology from American University of Beirut. Rama has also obtained certification from Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago in Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths.
