Brandon began their career at Florida Power & Light Company, where they gained extensive experience in labor relations. Brandon Parise holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Allegheny College, which they completed from 1991 to 1995.
