Jake Sochaski

Jake Sochaski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property operations and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Market Operations Support at Progress Residential® since July 2022, Jake executes strategic objectives related to property operations and collaborates with regional teams to achieve budget goals. Formerly, Jake held roles as Portfolio Operations Director and Assistant Portfolio Operations Director while also contributing as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Rental Home Council. Prior to the real estate sector, Jake managed onboard entertainment production for Celebrity Cruises, Inc. and RWS Entertainment Group, bringing a creative background from performing arts cultivated at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance was obtained. Jake also possesses a Real Estate Sales Associate License from Climer School of Real Estate.
