Joe Didia

Joe DiDia serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Progress Residential®, where strategic leadership is provided to the CEO by utilizing over 15 years of expertise in Single Family Rental (SFR) Acquisitions, Operations, and Analytics. Previously, Joe held pivotal roles at HavenBrook Homes/Front Yard Residential, including Vice President of Operations and Business Intelligence, where operational efficiency and revenue management were prioritized, and Director of Asset Management, overseeing significant investment decisions for a 3,500 home SFR portfolio. Joe’s background also includes a role as a Financial Analyst at LaSalle Investment Management, managing substantial assets and conducting acquisition diligence. Joe earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
