John Havlik

John Havlik is a seasoned workforce development and organizational consultant currently working at Workforce Development Strategies since June 2019. In addition to this role, John serves as the Regional Workforce Development Manager for Progress Residential® and previously held the position of Senior Manager for Workforce Development at NCCER from August 2013 to May 2019. John has extensive experience supporting workforce development and training needs for skilled craft professionals in the construction, maintenance, and shipbuilding industries. Earlier career endeavors include co-owning Spruce Hill Lunch, a seasonal café, and serving as an Adult Education Instructor and program coordinator at Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
