Keith Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and operations. Currently serving as the National Construction Director - Estimating at Progress Residential® since March 2021, Keith previously held the role of Manager, Field Renovations at Zillow Group, where responsibilities included estimating and renovating single-family homes. At Altisource, Keith served as Manager, Field Operations, overseeing operations for institutional investor portfolios in Florida and Georgia, and held other positions within the company focused on closing and regulatory processes. Keith's career began at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, progressing through various roles focused on regulatory oversight and operations management. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Criminology with a Minor in Business from Florida State University.
