Shannon Douno has a diverse range of work experience in the property management industry. They have held several positions at various companies throughout their career.
Shannon began their career at Rockin' C Rentals in 2003, where they worked as a Property Manager for five years. They then moved to Armadillo Properties in 2008 and continued their role as a Property Manager until 2011.
In 2011, Shannon joined WinnCompanies and took on the role of Community Manager. They held this position for five years before being promoted to Leasing Manager in 2016. They then transitioned to the role of Portfolio Marketing and Leasing Manager in 2017 and eventually became the Director of Property Management in 2018. Shannon remained with WinnCompanies until 2021.
Currently, Shannon is employed at Progress Residential® and has held several positions within the company. They started as the National Senior Manager of Property Operations in 2021 and held this role until 2022, when they were promoted to National Director of Property Operations. Shannon's most recent role is Vice President of National Property Operations, which they have held since 2024.
Throughout their career, Shannon has acquired extensive experience and expertise in property management, showcasing their ability to take on increasingly senior roles.
Shannon Douno obtained a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) degree from the National Apartment Association in 2015. In 2013, Shannon also achieved a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) degree from the same association.
