Trevor Gelder

Trevor Gelder has a diverse work experience in talent management and recruitment. Their most recent role was as the Vice President & Head of Talent at Progress Residential®, where they led the organization's talent journey and focused on attracting, developing, and retaining employees. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Americas Recruitment at Lonza/Korn Ferry, where they provided strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition group and improved team performance. Before that, Trevor was the Director of Talent Management at Sundt Construction, where they developed and executed talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies. Trevor also served as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at First Solar, overseeing the company's talent acquisition efforts worldwide. Earlier in their career, Trevor worked as the HR Recruitment Manager at Helix Electric and as a Recruiting Manager/Account Manager at MGA Employee Services, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting and managing client companies in the construction and engineering industries.

Trevor Gelder obtained an AA/AS in Science from Mesa Community College in 2000. Trevor later earned a BS in Kinesiology from Arizona State University from 2000 to 2003. Trevor also received additional certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute in 2011 and a PHR from SHRM in 2009.
