Shelly Bohmert

Shelly Bohmert, MA, LADC, LPCC, currently serves as the Director of Mental Health Services at Progress Valley, Inc., starting in March 2024. Previously, Shelly held the position of Manager of the Central Assessment Team at PrairieCare from April 2022 to March 2024, and served as Program Manager and Counselor at NUWAY from September 2017 to April 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Day Treatment Psychotherapist at Options Family & Behavior Services, Clinical Trainee at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, and LADC Clinical Intern at RESOURCE, Inc. Education includes a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Shelly has provided counseling services across diverse settings, including high schools and treatment centers, focusing on various mental health and behavioral issues.
