Erica Flannery Pe

Erica Flannery, PE, is a Senior Structural Engineer at Progressive AE, where Erica has been employed since December 2005. In this role, Erica oversees the full structural design and production of construction documents for various project types, including commercial, educational, worship, medical, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Erica also leads structural investigation and renovation projects focused on reinforcing existing buildings. Prior to Progressive AE, Erica worked as a Structural Engineer at Martin/Martin from June 2000 to December 2005 and at SmithGroup from June 1999 to June 2000. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 1995 and 1999.
