Monique Silva

Monique Silva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Monique most recently served as the Head of IT at Progressive Building Society since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Retail Design Manager at Viridian Group from February 2015 to August 2019. Monique also holds experience at Energia, where they held management positions such as Operations Manager from August 2011 to February 2015, Billing Manager from May 2008 to July 2011, and Change Controller from April 2006 to April 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from June 2005 to March 2006, and as a Consultant from February 2002 to May 2005. Monique began their career as a Software Developer at Visionnaire from November 2000 to February 2002.

Monique Silva earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 1998 and 2001.
