Jeff Roman

Jeff Roman, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Principal and Director of Engineering at Progressive Companies since October 2022, Jeff focuses on strategic growth, mentoring, and fostering collaborations across various engineering disciplines. Prior positions include Partner and Engineering Practice Leader at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, where Jeff successfully transformed the Engineering team into a prominent Practice Group, and National Director of Engineering, implementing growth strategies across the United States. Earlier experience includes leadership at EnSite and financial management at Greenprint Lawn and Landscape LLC. Jeff's foundational engineering skills were developed as a Project Manager at Johnson Engineering, Inc., and as a Project Engineer at Nowak & Fraus Engineers. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
