Kim Marks

Kim Marks is a highly experienced architectural professional currently serving as Principal and Workplace Practice Leader at Progressive AE since July 2016. Additionally, Kim holds the title of Principal at ai Design Group, a position maintained since January 2003, contributing to notable projects such as the Ballantyne Village and Zmax Dragway in Charlotte. Previous experience includes leading the Charlotte office for Moser Mayer Phoenix Associates, establishing business and community connections. With earlier roles as a Sr. Associate at OmniArchitecture and an Interior Designer at Leo A Daly, Kim’s academic background includes a BFA in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a BA in Interior Design from The University of Georgia.
