Alyson Szlamas

Alyson Szlamas is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital media and recruitment marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Media Specialist in Programmatic at Progressive Insurance since March 2020, Alyson has held various roles including Lead Marketing Specialist and Marketing Specialist within the recruitment sector. Alyson is also a Board Member of the Talent Marketing Board, a community focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing for major companies. Prior experience includes positions such as Audience Marketing Manager at Quest Digital, Digital Events Coordinator at Informa Engage, and Marketing and Development Manager at Art Therapy Studio. Alyson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and a Digital Marketing Fundamentals Certificate from The University of Vermont. Additionally, Alyson is pursuing a Professional Diploma in Astrology at Kepler College.
