Chrystal Boyd

Chrystal Boyd possesses extensive experience in the financial services and insurance industries, currently serving as a Supervisor in Claims Administrative Support at Progressive Insurance since October 2018. In this role, Chrystal supervises and mentors over eight administrative staff across New England and assists in evaluating departmental procedures for improvement. Previously, Chrystal held various positions at Webster Bank and Bank of America, including Consumer Finance Loan Underwriter and Modification Mortgage Underwriter, where responsibilities included examining loan applications and coordinating modifications to mitigate foreclosure risks. Chrystal's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman College, completed in 2006.
