Cindy Taylor

Cindy Taylor is an accomplished IT Manager with extensive experience in project management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the IT Manager for the ERPMO Team at Progressive Insurance since June 2021, Cindy facilitates project delivery by collaborating with IT platform owners and business sponsors. Prior experience includes a role as an Information Technology Project Manager at FedEx, focused on system upgrades for peak season readiness, and a long tenure at Trane Technologies as IT Program Manager for Cybersecurity, overseeing global multi-million-dollar projects. Earlier positions at Ingersoll Rand included IT Services Manager, where Cindy developed performance metrics and ensured compliance, as well as Global Manufacturing Process Owner, managing significant budgets and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
