Doug Constantine

Doug Constantine has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, primarily focusing on investor relations, financial analytics, and product management within the insurance and retail industries. Currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations and Financial Analytics at Progressive Insurance since March 2012, Doug is responsible for investor relations and ESG strategy, alongside overseeing financial analytics in the Treasury department. Previous roles include directing personal and commercial auto insurance product lines, managing significant P&L responsibilities totaling over $250 million, and successfully returning multiple states to profitability. Prior to Progressive, Doug held several positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing product lines with substantial annual revenues and leading technical product development for Kenmore appliances. Doug's career began at Eaton Corporation, where significant contributions in product engineering and development were made. Doug holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
