Genna Goldner CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP is an accomplished legal professional specializing in privacy and marketing law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Privacy & Marketing at Progressive Insurance since April 2021, Genna also holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Privacy Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law. Previously, Genna was the Global Privacy Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where involvement included establishing the Global Privacy Office and advising on privacy regulations across 60 countries. Additional experience comprises roles as Privacy Manager at MBL Technologies, Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the National Confectioners Association, and Privacy Officer at HealthyCT, Inc.
