Ian Osterman

Ian Osterman is an experienced IT Manager at Progressive Insurance, a position held since June 1998. In this role, Ian has served as a System Analyst II, focusing on providing TeaLeaf training and documentation, configuring TeaLeaf servers, and analyzing performance and customer data using various 3rd party tools. Additionally, Ian has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for ITIL service management for Direct IT applications. Prior to Progressive Insurance, Ian worked as an Operations Analyst at Erie Insurance Group for a year and previously held a Hardware Support role. Ian Osterman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Gannon University, earned in 1998.
