Jessica Lopez

Jessica Lopez is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate litigation and product design. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Progressive Insurance since April 2021, Jessica oversees litigation for Personal Lines and manages significant auto net written premium responsibilities while initiating innovative projects to enhance competitive advantage through trade secrets protection. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Partner and Assistant General Counsel at Roetzel & Andress, LPA, specializing in complex business and commercial litigation, including class action defense and regulatory compliance. Jessica holds a JD and an LLM in Intellectual Property from The University of Akron, as well as a BA in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
