Joy Pollak

Joy Pollak is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant Lead at Progressive Insurance since April 2025, Pollak previously held a senior consulting role at People Architects and led human resources consulting efforts at Progressive Insurance from 2005 to 2023. Earlier career experiences include positions at Cleveland Clinic, Pioneer Standard Electronics, Dallas Warehouse Company, Radisson Plaza Suite Hotel, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Pollak holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.
