Kristen Orosz

Kristen Orosz, M.S.Ed., is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in higher education and corporate environments. As a Senior Recruiter at Progressive Insurance since July 2022, Kristen specializes in IT talent acquisition, focusing on hiring mid-level to lead software developers. Previously, Kristen served as Campus Recruiting Team Lead at Union Home Mortgage Corp., managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the Internship Program. Kristen has a strong history of enhancing university relations and recruitment strategies, alongside hands-on experience in developing internship programs and conducting full-cycle recruiting.
