Maureen Spooner

Maureen Spooner possesses extensive experience in finance and audit within the insurance and greeting card industries. Currently serving as Chief Audit Officer and previously as Information Technology Control Leader at Progressive Insurance since June 2015, Maureen has held various roles at the same company since 2005, including Product Manager and Comparative Rates Business Leader. Prior to Progressive, Maureen held leadership positions at American Greetings, including Vice President of Finance, CFO of American Greetings Interactive, and Finance Manager at Carlton Cards Retail Inc. Additionally, experience includes roles at Accenture and Arthur Andersen, focusing on finance and taxation. Maureen holds a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
