Narayan Madabusi

Narayan Madabusi has over 16 years of experience in IT application programming, currently serving as IT Application Programmer Lead at Progressive Insurance since February 2007. Responsibilities include leading service management efforts, focusing on Problem Management, troubleshooting in-house applications, and performing root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
