Nellie Vince is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in management and strategic support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Manager of Human Resources at Progressive Insurance since October 2019, Nellie previously held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at US Endoscopy, a subsidiary of STERIS Corporation, where responsibility included overseeing the human resource function for a global medical device manufacturer. Prior roles at STERIS Corporation included Senior Manager and Human Resource Manager, providing strategic support to large service organizations and managing employee relations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a focus on Labor Relations, both from Cleveland State University, as well as an Associate degree in Business Management from Lakeland Community College.
