Nevi Persaud

Nevi Persaud is a seasoned legal operations professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Process Consultant at Progressive Insurance since June 2024. Previously, Nevi held the position of Senior Legal Operations Specialist at Rheem Manufacturing from 2023 to 2024, focusing on tech administration, legal operations strategy, knowledge management, and outside counsel management. From 2016 to 2023, Nevi worked at Mercedes-Benz USA, initially as a Legal Operations Lead, where responsibilities included process improvement, matter management system administration, contract administration, and managing intellectual property matters.
