Shari Hansen

Shari Hansen has over a decade of experience at Progressive Insurance, serving in various leadership roles. Currently, Shari holds the position of Platform Owner for External Data and previously served as IT Group Manager in multiple capacities, overseeing critical operations related to infrastructure, policy servicing, and network telecommunications. Shari has a proven track record in change and release management and has actively contributed to the growth of women leaders through the Network of Empowered Women Employee Resource Group, where Shari has held both Chair and Vice Chair positions. Educationally, Shari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Malone University and a Master of Business Administration focusing on Business Management, Information Technology, and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
