Yokota Strong, CRCM, CFE, CAMS, is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance for Progressive Insurance since April 2025, Yokota has held key positions such as vCISO and vCRO at Strong Heritage Risk Advisors, LLC, where significant contributions included executing threat modeling and developing information security policies. Previous roles include EVP Chief Compliance Officer & CISO at TransPecos Banks and EVP Chief Compliance Officer for Enterprise Risk Management at Broadway Bank, among others.
