James Alexander is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer and Project Manager at Progressive Design, Inc. since January 2017, James oversees projects up to $25MM while leading design teams and managing schedules and P&Ls. Prior experience includes project management for food and beverage plants at Trans-Market, with successful completion of projects up to $5MM, and technical support and project management roles at Valspar, where capital improvement projects reached $2MM. James also held senior roles at Progressive Design, Inc. earlier and worked as a Chemist at Evonik - North America. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
