Sheri M.

Sheri M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sheri most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Progressive Directions, Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at New Horizons In Autism Inc., including Human Resources Director from January 2020 to February 2023, Associate Director of Human Resources from September 2019 to January 2020, and Human Resources Coordinator from October 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as an Execution Settlement Associate at Louis Dreyfus Company from January 2014 to August 2017. Sheri began their career at Cabe Motorsports as a Bookkeeper/Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager from February 2006 to January 2014, and at Central Fire Protection, Inc. as a Bookkeeper/Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager from October 2001 to February 2006.

Sheri M. completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2023 and 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business in 2008. In 2004, Sheri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from Mercer University. Sheri completed their high school education at Shiloh High School and obtained a High School Diploma in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Sheri has obtained certifications in various fields. In October 2020, they completed a certification titled "COVID-19 and HR Liability Avoidance" from HRwebadvisor.com. In January 2020, they obtained the "College of Direct Support Administrator" certification from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
