Benjamin Roedel

Benjamin Roedel has held various roles throughout their career. Benjamin is currently the Chief Operating Officer / Principle at Progressive Nurse Staffing. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shaw Mountain of Cascadia Healthcare, where they established a COVID facility, cared for nearly 1000 patients, provided innovative leadership, and achieved significant growth in revenue and bottom line, while improving the facility's rating and reducing turnover. Before that, they were an Executive Director at Karcher Estates Rehabilitation & Retirement Community, where they oversaw overall facility operations and implemented policies related to patient care, caregiving, and support staff. In addition, they have worked as a Marketing Manager, General Manager/Owner, Business Development and Sales Representative, and Administration Intern at various companies, where they developed relationships with clients, achieved sales goals, researched, compiled, and formatted reports, and provided training for volunteers. Benjamin also volunteered as a Representative for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they coordinated training, taught theological principles, and provided community service.
