Stacey L. Chism MS CCC-SLP is an accomplished professional in the field of speech-language pathology with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as a Case Management Specialist and Rehabilitation Director/Speech-Language Pathologist at Affiliated Rehab since January 2018, Stacey previously held the position of Director of Rehabilitation and Speech-Language Pathologist at Genesis Rehab Services from January 2010 to January 2018. Before that, Stacey worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at NATIONAL HOMECARE, providing home health and ENT services, and as an Area Manager/Rehabilitation Director at Therapy Management Corporation. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pre-K and elementary settings at Putnam City Schools. Stacey holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
