Megan Thompson is an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Progressive Roofing, where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition efforts since June 2022. Prior to this role, Megan served as a National Recruiter at Carvana from June 2021 to May 2022 and as an Associate Recruiter at TEKsystems for two years, focusing on building consultant relationships within the Network Infrastructure and Information Security space. Earlier experience includes positions as an Inside Sales Representative at UPS and a Medical Scribe at OrthoArizona, along with co-ownership and management at Sassy Sisters Boutique. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate's degree from Coffeyville Community College.
