Chris McEldowney is a seasoned eCommerce professional with over 30 years of combined experience in various strategic roles. Currently serving as Co-Owner and Director at FWD Ecommerce, McEldowney applies director-level expertise to enhance online businesses' profitability. As Head of Business Development & Strategy at Progressus.io, McEldowney leads an agile WooCommerce agency in plugin development and complex integrations. Additionally, McEldowney co-founded The Feminist Shop, an online platform committed to feminist causes, and founded Flat White Digital, which provides strategic eCommerce consulting. Former roles include Chief Digital Officer at Mzuri Group, VP Products & Services at IRP Commerce, and VP Client Operations at Export Technologies. McEldowney also has a strong foundation in project management from previous positions at Let's Loop, Idixit, and Neocom, complemented by a BA with First Class Honours from the University of Stirling and international business experience from ESSEC Business School.
