Carolina Crisp

Carolina Crisp is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Progrits since August 2021, Carolina focuses on internal recruitment, employer branding, and HR functions within a software group comprised of approximately twelve Nordic subsidiaries. Prior experience includes roles as a Tech Recruiter and Client Responsible at Software Skills, where Carolina specialized in identifying top IT talent, and as a Recruitment Assistant at Triathlon Group, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Management Consultants. Carolina began a career in customer service at SEB from 2012 to 2018 and holds a degree in HR/Personalvetenskap from the University of Gothenburg.
