Marco Tschan Carvalho

Marco Tschan Carvalho has held a variety of roles in the industrial sector since 2009. In 2009, they were the Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Amorim Revestimentos, S.A. The following year, they became a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at XC Consultores, Lda. In 2011, they joined Barry Callebaut as a Supply Chain Operations and Continuous Improvement Lead, where they were part of the Graduate Trainee Program. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of proGrow, a web platform dedicated to industrial frontline operations.

Marco Tschan Carvalho attended the German School of Porto from 1989 to 2003 and then pursued a Master in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2003 to 2010.
