Lening Chen

Lening Chen is an experienced business analyst currently working at Progyny, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Lening held roles as a Data Analyst Intern at the National Postdoctoral Association and as a Business Analyst Intern at Overtone Health. Lening has also served as a Teaching Assistant for a Financial Accounting Course at Brandeis International Business School and gained financial experience through an internship as a Financial Analyst at BlueRun Ventures, where responsibilities included conducting financial due diligence and auditing internal financial reports. Early career experiences include roles as an Investment Analyst Intern at Prudential Hong Kong and as an intern in the Investment Department at Citibank. Lening holds a Master of Quantitative Management in Business Analytics from Duke University and a BA in Business, Economics, and Maths from Brandeis University.
