Jeffrey Sogolov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture in 1998 and later joined Avanade as a Principal Software Engineer. At Avanade, they worked as a lead developer and consultant for various companies, utilizing J2EE, .NET (C#), Hibernate, SQL Server, Oracle, Performance Tuning, and Smart devices. In 2003, they moved to Thomson Reuters as a Principal Software Architect and then joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 as an Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture. After that, they worked at CDK Global as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team from 2012 to 2017. During this period, they gained expertise in Enterprise Architecture. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Machine Learning at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since 2017. In 2023, they are expected to join ProHabits as the Chief Technology Officer.

Jeffrey Sogolov completed their education history in chronological order. Jeffrey first earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Jeffrey then pursued a Master's degree in Machine Learning at the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2023. Following this, they attended Wharton Executive Education in 2023 and 2024, focusing on Chief Technology Officer training.
