Midhun Nair

Midhun Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and workforce management. Currently serving as Lead - PMO at Aspect Software since September 2018, Midhun oversees a centralized management structure for projects, focusing on standardization and resource optimization. Prior roles include Workforce Management Specialist at Lowe's India, where forecasting and scheduling for IT Service Desk operations were primary responsibilities, and MIS Specialist at Schneider Electric, which involved coordinating activities and generating reports. Midhun's career began at IBM India Pvt Ltd as WFM & Scheduling Lead, administering workforce management tools. Midhun holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
