Lisbeth Teemsma

Lisbeth Teemsma has a solid background in human resources, with their most recent role being a Senior Director of the People Team at Optum since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ProHEALTH from 2014 to 2023, where they served in various HR roles, including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Specialist. Before ProHEALTH, they gained significant experience at Kiss Products, Inc. from 2003 to 2014, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and working their way up to the position of HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for payroll administration, benefits coordination, and recruitment.

Lisbeth Teemsma pursued their higher education at SUNY New Paltz from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication. Lisbeth does not have any additional certifications at this time, including a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
