Hariyat Andargachew

Hariyat Andargachew has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Post Baccalaureate Research and Education Scholar at Virginia Tech. In 2011, they worked as a Research Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb before transitioning to a Graduate Student role at Yale University School of Medicine, where they worked until 2014. Hariyat then joined BioScience Communications as an Account Executive, eventually being promoted to Senior Account Executive and then Account Supervisor. In 2018, they moved to FleishmanHillard as an Account Supervisor before joining ProHealth | An IPG Health Company in 2019 as an Account Supervisor. Hariyat was later promoted to Account Director and is currently serving as Vice President - Account Director at the company.

Hariyat Andargachew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers Business School, obtained from 2022 to 2024. In 2016, Hariyat completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from NYU School of Professional Studies. Prior to that, Hariyat earned a Master's degree in Genetics from Yale University, graduating from 2011 to 2014. Hariyat's undergraduate studies were at the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Molecular Biology and Chemistry from 2008 to 2010.
