Vince Szymczak

Vince Szymczak is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and talent solutions, currently serving as the Group Digital Transformation Manager at Prohuman since September 2025. Previously, Vince held the role of Senior Advisor at The Source Code Agency, providing expertise in talent acquisition, HR technology, and consultancy from January 2022 to August 2025. Vince also contributed as an Advisory Board Member to Meijer & Co, focusing on sustainable recruitment practices. At Randstad Sourceright, between April 2013 and December 2021, Vince advanced from Sourcing Recruiter to Director of Technology, leading the Global Talent Innovation Center. Vince began a career in recruitment and sourcing at Randstad Hungary and gained academic experience as a demonstrator at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Vince holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
