Scotty Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Scotty is currently a Co-Founder at Project 3 Consulting, LLC, where they provide teams with industry expertise in various business verticals. Prior to this, Scotty worked as a Manager at TD Ameritrade, overseeing data program planning and delivery. Scotty also held roles at Adobe, including Senior Client Success Manager and Account Manager. Earlier in their career, Scotty worked at Target as a Manager for digital tag management and guest data analytical services. Scotty began their career as a Corporate Metrics Analyst at Internet Broadcasting.

Scotty Hagen attended Augsburg University from 2005 to 2008, where they received a B.A. in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Woodbury Senior High School.
